Place dogs into safe homes before shelters can euthanize them — because every person benefits from a dog’s unconditional love.
Adopt any dog at any participating shelter or foster home
This program was created with one thought in mind: placing dogs with individuals and families regardless of their income level. We cover all costs for those who qualify.
If you qualify, there is absolutely no cost for adoption. The Foundation pays approved expenses for the life of the dog you adopt — forever — as long as you meet program requirements, remain on a fixed or low income, and provide a happy, healthy, safe home.
If your home and finances allow, you can apply to adopt two, three, four or up to five dogs (subject to approval).

How to apply
Two short applications
- Forever Care application with proof of low or no income — or simply to adopt one of our sponsored dogs.
- Adoption application with the participating shelter you want to adopt from.
Community impact
Our volunteers reach out to veteran organizations that work with PTSD, counselors who treat stress for adults and children, and school programs and counselors — wherever a therapy-approved animal can heal and bring life and hope to people who are suffering.
A gift of love
We all know someone on a low income — a senior, a veteran, a neighbor on disability. Help them fill out an application, and once they’re approved, give them a ride to a partner shelter to pick out a forever friend. Forever Care will pay the bill.

Let’s empty the shelters
Forever Care will never pay large salaries to anyone and will submit to nonprofit watchdog organizations for total transparency. We will first show our success in Arizona, then grow to other states as sponsors and organizers come aboard.
Pets provide unconditional love, joy and companionship to people all over the world. Despite all that they give, millions are put down each year because of lack of resources. Our main goal is to galvanize our community to finally put an end to this unjust killing.
